The answer to this is very subjective as there is no “best spread betting broker”.
There are so many different types of client who all trade differently with specific investment objectives.
So whilst one broker may be perfect for one customer, they may not be appropriate for another.
The market leader at the moment is IG, with 195,000 active clients and a wide variety of market. In fact I would say that most traders who spread bet or trade CFDs will have an account with IG (as either a primary or secondary account).
